HOW IT WORKS
1. These quarterly bonuses are based on a fixed amount every three months that are given out.
2. This fixed amount goes up every year based on experience.
3. These are guaranteed on a basis of a positive attitude and good work
Year 1 = 150$
year 2 = 200$
Year 3 = 300$
Year 4 = 350$
Year 5 = 450$
