Customer Interaction

One of our biggest values as a company is our Customer satisfaction! A big part of being a gorilla technician is to always be kind and honest to the clients. Respect the property if they have questions answer them to the best of your ability and be patient!

It’s no surprise that customer interaction is very important! In the cleaning industry you’ll always get one person that’s hard to satisfy this is rare but will happen. Always be polite and treat the customer with respect!

When you arrive at the property make sure to always knock at the door to introduce yourself and just to let the home owner know that you’re there & ready to start the work!

When the job is completed simply knock at the door again to verify with the customer that everything has been completed & to make sure they are satisfied & onto the next.

Technician Responsibility For Client Satisfaction

Call Client 1 hour before arriving at property

Notify the customer if any questions occur during the work

Once Job is done, show and update the client on the work done before leaving the property
